One of the main concerns of a account manager is to serve as a liasson between the company and their customers. We start this first course in this track with the ERP tools available to maintain those customers.

The goal is to achieve fundamental knowledge and understand how an ERP solution is supporting creating new customers, adding and linking contacts to companies and manage locations. This course offers a great deal of suitable explanations and demonstrations.
